Die Villa liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Küste. Die Ausstellung ist qualitativ hochwertig und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Es gibt einen extra Raum für billiard Tischtennis mit Bar und WC. Der Pool Bereich ist auch schön aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Es gibt ein großzügiges hauptschlafzimmer mit zwei schlafsofas und einem großem Bad. Die anderen zwei Zimmer sind deutlich kleiner und die Bäder ziemlich klein und dunkel. Die anderen Zimmer befinden sich außerhalb der Villa in separaten Räumlichkeiten.
