everything! place is very clean, location is good, modern interior, host is also super helpful!
the hot water runs out pretty quickly, pillow is too stiff/ high for me. everything else is awesome :)

Great place for staying a longer period in this part of Jakarta (tangerang/bsd).
Well maintained building with gate-access . Several small shops , incl Indomart, and a big pool are on premise.
Appartement is well maintained , more-or-less according to pics. On top it came with internet access and Netflix.
From cgk it takes appr 35min, 7-10min walking to Aeon or The Breeze , good parking facilities in case of your own wheels.
Owner communicated through whatsapp with accurate info and answered any question we had very fast.
Appartement is on the 17th floor , gets some noice from the highway below, however was not disturbing for us

Check-in time delayed by more than an hour. No free parking.
