The location was perfect, and the room was comfortable and clean. We loved having a ceiling fan. The directions for getting in were very clear, and Marcela responded quickly to all my questions.
I liked everything, but it did require walking up stairs, and the bed was very firm.

Right in the center of Tui, close tot he cathedral and restaurants, etc. Directions were all sent and were clear. Did not need to reach out with any questions. Tui is beautiful at Christmastime!

Very well located, comfortable and clean place.
The Host requested copies of our IDs by Whatsapp message on the check-in date, aimed at satisfying the local law enforcement authorities requirements, which we complied with, but albeit with concerns regarding the safety of personal sensible data to have been shared off the Booking.com app.

It was centrally located and was clean. The bathroom was fine
Very basic in terms of facilities, eg not even a glass to have a drink of water from. Smallish room. The code pads on internal doors were hard to read.
