Welcome first of all – a warm welcome. The host is available for any questions you may have. The location is great (literally only about 5 minutes to the city center by public transport). The apartment is clean, tidy, and has everything you need for your stay.

Check in process was smooth despite my arriving near midnight. The app for check-in and communication with host was well-developed and useful. Metro around the corner of the street and there are cafes and shops for food/supermarkets close to accommodation.
Something that is beyond your control, the sound of tram/train is audible whenever one passes.

Long set of complicated instructions to get into the property.
Construction noise in the building, early morning. The host should have notified us, but didn't do so. The bathroom had some smell coming from the drain. Room is really small. Okay, if you are planning to spend most of the time outside.
