Shoutout to the offsite staff managing this property. I had issues locating the parking garage and they were prompt in responding to my questions on Booking.com though it was 7pm at the time. Amazing customer service. The keys were easy to locate as they were just in a lockbox hung on the main door. The unit was on the second floor and everything that is needed was there. There was a huge living and dining area, adequately sized kitchen with most of what was needed from crockery to cutleries and tableware in a cupboard next to the dining area. There were 2 bedrooms (one with 2 large single beds and one with 3 large single beds) which could comfortably sleep 5 and 10 at a stretch. Overall, good value for money too

The garage was pretty small so if it was a bigger car, it would be an issue (was driving a rental CX-5 at the time) The unit being on the second floor. The stairs were pretty steep so elderly/huge luggage would be an issue. There was no toaster. A toaster would be nice but I'm just clutching at straws now. The property was a 6-8 minute walk to Heiwa-dori, but there was a HUGE Sapporo Drug Store just 3 minutes walk away.

駅や繁華街からの距離が近く、アクセスがとても良い。設備は程良く綺麗で、子ども連れだったが気を使うほどでもなくちょうど良かった。

清掃代について、当初記載の料金には含まれていなかったので、予約した瞬間に驚きました。それでも不満というわけではなかったですが、11,000円のコストアップは状況によっては受け入れがたいものになるので、きちんと事前に説明をして欲しかったです。

清潔にされており広く駅も近く最高にたのしめました
