The place felt relaxing. The double doors opened on to the deck and this let a nice breeze through the lounge area.
We were under the impression parking was included. Only to arrive to find we had to park our car over in the university carpark not in a locked garage. There was no information about the lack of ‘shop front’.
Main door seemed to be hiding away and hard to see.
Baggage trolley was requested and it was seemed an inconvenience to the staff to have to find it. We had a number of bags to get up to our room and due to the car being a distance away this was going to be difficult.
The tea and coffee supply was close to empty. Leaving us with no sugar after an afternoon coffee.
