The villa, or actually the condo, is located in a very nice and clean community close to the local trail and the Kapalua Bay beach, which is one of the best beaches on Maui for snorkeling. There are warm and clean swimming pools in the community area, too.
The condo itself is very spacious and clean, it features modern style and materials inside. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with cookware, except maybe a kettle and some condiments. The view from the living room windows is near perfect. And the place is very quiet in general and at night, too.
There's very little not to like here. I could nitpick about somewhat obscure light switches or the fence separating the living room view, but the place is really great. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but they weren't loud or anything.

great property close to beaches
one roll of TP and a half a box of Kleenex is pitiful for what we spent. There should be at least two of each.
