O hostel fica em um bairro bem tranquilo de Campo Grande. Próximo a um grande supermercado. Fica a uns 500 metros de ponto de ônibus que leva ao centro. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático e prestativo, em especial o funcionário Kevin. Uma senhora que trabalha no período do dia fazia um cafezinho de manhã aos hóspedes. Achei simpático.
Nada que desabone o hotel, mas sugiro que todos os quartos deveriam ter un ventilador grande, pois Campo Grande é muito quente e o calor atrapalha dormir a noite. Atenção também à limpeza dos banheiros na parte de baixo.
