L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo per due persone.
Il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato, la pulizia non è particolarmente accurata. Inoltre sarebbe consigliabile lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti prodotti per la doccia e dell'acqua da bere per la notte. La colazione è sostanzialmente una macchinetta a cialde con prodotti confezionati a lunga conservazione (marmellata, biscotti secchi e fette biscottate). Il check-in non c'è, di fatto devi fare tutto in autonomia, non ho mai incontrato nessuno della struttura. Un condomino del palazzo, al mio arrivo, mi ha costretto, con fare infastidito, a girare l'auto sebbene fosse nel posto riservato e non vi fosse alcuna regola esposta. Dopo aver prenotato ricevi tantissimi messaggi prolissi tra cui codici e istruzioni per il check in. La caldaia non funzionava al mio arrivo, dopo averlo segnalato, mi hanno mandato istruzioni anche per quella, senza intervenire.
