Positive Experience: I stayed here for two days and I must highlight the exceptional hospitality. Albert, the host, was incredibly professional, friendly, and did everything in his power to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was excellent, very clean, and well-equipped with everything one might need.

The Major Issue (Photos Attached): Unfortunately, the building's entrance is a total disaster and completely contradicts the quality of the room and the service. As seen in the attached photos, the entrance is extremely dirty, filled with trash, and has a nauseating smell of sewage. I understand the entrance might be shared with other buildings, but this is unacceptable and doesn't fit the level of service provided inside. ​Recommendation: Management must find an urgent solution to this issue. It is such a shame that a great room and a wonderful host like Albert are overshadowed by such a neglected and filthy entrance. I hope this is fixed soon.
