- The owner is very responsive, flexible and helpful
- Great area with coffeeshop at the corner and bars 10mn away

Host was very responsive to questions and concerns. The shared washing machine was great to have. The location is slightly random on a street with mattress stores and motorcycle repair shops but its convenient to Laureles.
The apartment has only interior windows, so you might miss seeing the sky or the weather. The walls and doors between apartments are thin so you can hear your neighbours, usually OK just depends on their habits.
