"The owner was lovely and gave us a very warm welcome, showing us everything we needed in the apartment. She was incredibly helpful when the water heater broke down—after one quick phone call, she handled the problem immediately, and everything was fixed the same day. It was a pleasure to talk to her, and I highly recommend both her place and the surrounding area to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!"
There is no dedicated spot, so in the evenings you have to look for a space in the nearby streets. However, on weekdays before noon, there was no problem at all finding a spot right in front of the building.

The accommodation is really very close to the beach. Nothing and no one disturbs your night’s rest. The airport can be reached within 15 minutes. Lidl and several other shops are nearby. The key handover is also smooth.
In the stairwell of the building where the apartment is located, there were cockroaches crawling around. The apartment is advertised as air-conditioned, but there was only an air conditioner in a single room, so it gets very hot. Language difficulties.

Posizione vicino al mare ai servizi e viabilità.
Uno dei due bagni era piccolissimo e senza doccia. Per un periodo di 9 giorni non abbiamo trovato fornitura di bagnoschiuma e detersivo lavatrice mentre non adeguata la fornitura di asciugamani, tappetino in un bagno e di materiale per cucinare. Infine, ci sembra esagerato esigere 50 euro per il check-in da noi chiesto alle ore 18 perché l'aereo arrivava nell'isola alle ore 17.00.
