The house was really well appointed and comfortable. It was clean (apart from the cloths washing machine which needed cleaning out). The location was great. Close to Main Street and all the restaurants and bars.

VACAS Check in -for the second rental in a month with VACASA the TEN digit code for the electronic door lock we were give before arrival did not work. We had to call and wait on hold before being given another code that worked for a day. The second time we called we were give the code to a lock box and used a key for the rest of our stay. VACASA need to sort out the locks they use in Colorado as I have had not luck with them. This is not an issue with the property, which was great, but with VACASA.

Very spacious home with large bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and very well located only a few minutes walk from Mani Street.

Kitchen utensils slightly sparse and aged. Nothing to do with the residence but I wish that Vacasa would get there door codes sorted out. Ours provided just before check in did not work and took a twenty minute call to sort out.

This property is kept very nice and the owners clearly maintain it as if it was a primary residence. The view from the home is wonderful even though you are in town.
