Ski runs were great, Location was nice, property was poorly maintained outside the house.

Location was great and Hot tub was nice

There was no maintenance done to the house. There was 2-4 inch's of ice on the driveway, stairs, deck, and around the hot tub. Two people slipped and fell down the stairs from the drive way to the deck.

I will never use Vacasa again, worst experience ever traveling.

The location and hot tub were the only saving grace to this place.

We couldn’t get in at 8pm and couldn’t get in until 1030am the next day and I’m still awaiting a response 4 days later after being told “I don’t think not being able to stay here the first night could impact your trip much” HORRIBLE customer service. The driveway only allows 2 cars, not 4. The upstairs bed was so uncomfortable. The blinked in the main bedroom were completely broken. The wood pellet stove had no pellets. The house is very dated which is fine, but there was even a 3/4 empty bottle of dusty vodka on top of the cabinets.

Non responsive on issues: No air and advertised central air, window would not open, kitchen chair broke, tv in master bedroom did not work, not enough towels provided for guests.
