- L'estrema cura con cui l'appartamento viene gestito; - La pulizia, semplicemente eccellente; - La presenza di tutto ciò che può servire (lavasciuga, aria condizionata, asse e ferro da stiro, posate e stoviglie, cialde per il caffè e filtri per tisane...); - L'accoglienza: essere accolti con dei dolci tipici della tradizione napoletana è il modo migliore per iniziare una vacanza.
- Per un pomeriggio il wifi non ci ha dato rete, forse solo un po' di sfortuna.
