First of all, Rosaria is wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and welcoming. After a long and stressful trip getting there, she was a welcome breath of fresh air. The apartment is immaculate and well-equipped, and Rosaria provided a sort of starter kit of food: milk, butter, snacks, pastries, and even a small bottle of prosecco. Chargers for devices, USB ports and a set of charger cords near the bed, two TVs, and AC for warmer weather. Windows open to the street so you can poke your head out like the locals do! Washer/dryer was a plus for my weeklong stay while taking a language class in Napoli (but note that the clothes won’t be completely dry.) There is a clothesline and lots of clothespins for that, too. And the excellent coffee from that crazy looking machine will give you energy for the day. Excellent location with plenty of things in walking distance so you will end up walking quite a bit. Sturdy, comfortable shoes for cobblestone streets are highly advisable. The “3” is not visible from the street, but if you keep going to the right just past the first Y-intersection you will see a curved entrance way on the right with a wrought iron gate and a small flag flying from the building. The entrance has a sculpted ornament at the top of the arch. I communicated with WhatsApp and Rosaria came out onto the street to greet me. I’d stay here again for sure without question. If I do ever come again, I will take the 5 euro Alibus from the airport to the train station (Piazza Garibaldi) and walk or taxi from there. About a 14-16 minute walk straight line walk until the left turn by a very good Georgian restaurant, but I’m a cheapskate and could save 25 euros from the taxi price! Highly recommended!
