Location was beautiful and the bedrooms were perfect as well as living space
Frying pan does not have adequate finish for making pancakes as batter stuck to it and burned so I had to make them 1 at a time in the 7” pan which was very time consuming. Could use a 9 x 9 baking dish

Within minutes of Acadia NP and Bar Harbor, ME area. Wonderfully-private waterfront location with relaxing view. Nicely appointed interior and well-stocked kitchen and baths.
Had to reset the Cable TV setup multiple times. Some exterior wood repairs needed on Porch and Backyard Gazebo, but there was evidence of gradual exterior renovations in progress.
