The apartment was great! It's fully equipped. There are all necessary items for cooking, salt, paper, cutlery, etc. Even cooking oil was there which is pretty rare in renting apartments. Coffee, sugar and tea were also there. This is an excellent indicator that owners really think about the time you'll spend in the apartment, I think.
Check in and out were pretty smooth. The building (complex) is nice. I didn't notice any significant issues. SPA is also great. There are 2 buildings in this complex. The apartment and SPA are in one building, and restaurant with reception are in another one. However, the buildings are connected by underground tunnel, so moving between them is not a problem at all.
It's pretty warm in the apartment. There is a heater in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom.
There is unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It's not terrible but it's there. It seems like it's not an apartment, but the whole building problem.
Walls are pretty thin. So, if there were noisy neighbors behind the wall of the bedroom, I'd better get ear plugs.
It's not many parking slots right next to the building. Most likely, you'll park the car a little bit further somewhere. But it's not critical. There are many parking slots around the next building which is pretty close.

Nice and new apartment for 2 persons. Cleanliness was perfect! The apartment is well equipped with all necessary dishes, glasses... Fresh towels and clean bathroom was great!
Little bit of bad smell in the bathroom from drain in the floor. Noises from the hallways and the lift can be heard in the apartment.
