Cozy Choteau Home w/ Fire Pit, Grill, Yard!

Location and facilities were good and comfortable.

Slight odor of mothballs (?) upon entry but the weather was nice so we opened the doors and dispersed it. Faucet screens and sink drains need some attention and the Keriug needs de-scaling.

The house was very clean as well as the rest of the property being very well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The comforts of this home were exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring the surrounding areas. There is a grocery store just two blocks from the house making it convenient for getting items to cook your own meals. The hinge on the screen door was damaged prior to our arrival, most likely from the wind pulling it open. You need to be sure to pull the screen door all the way closed and ensure it latches.

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Dawnie was very responsive and helped us when our plans changed and we requested a later check out.

Was fully stocked, very comfortable, clean and had great amenities!!!
