It was very comfortable and felt very homely. the home had plenty. Loved that it had Sky especially as there was an All Blacks game on. Loved the location beside the horse racing track. Kids loved watching the horses. But still close to town. Loved the old school radio. Loved the central heating. Coming from up north were afraid we would be cold.
There were a few little things we thought you should know about.
There was a dirty cup with some greasy solution in it left on the bench when we arrived ,was pretty hard to rinse away.
We couldn’t hook up to the internet even after turning it off and on a few times
There was no laundry wash powder
The ensuite shower water runs out very slowly
The pepper grinder doesn’t work
No pot scourer.

Such a handy location, but far enough down the drive that road noise was not a problem. Everything we needed was in the home which was very comfortable.
We couldn't use the oven as there were no instructions on how to get it out of 'auto' mode; the toasted sandwich maker was very dirty - a previous occupant hadn't cleaned it.

Location excellent beside racecourse. Very peaceful house. Plenty of room.
Didn't like the shower nozzle in family bathroom. Sprayed sideways out the shower door when turned on to warm up

Great location. House is spacious and comfortable.
Appreciate bathrooms little dated but felt showers seams needed little bleach. Windows in bedrooms had micro blinds which helped hide outsides needed to be cleaned.
