Apartment Cordelia - Pollença

Wunderschönes, sehr helles Apartment in bester Lage. Die Küche ist sehr schick und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Pinewalk. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Location was amazing - wonderful views over the water and the pine walk, plus the marina. Apartment was very clean and tidy with all the needed facilities. Host was very helpful, especially when we got lost trying to find the apartment.

Address was confusing as we looked for number 11 (which seems to be waste ground and an old garage) but it was number 8 on the street and number 11 on the pine walk. I admit we didn't read the instructions but these were sent months ago when we booked it and it would have been better if the address was right in the first place. 2 keys would have been helpful. The patio doors didn't open fully - only by half so we couldn't get the full view. The beds and pillows were exceptionally hard.

Isolation thermique faible et aération insuffisante dans les salles de bains

Deck furniture was old and uncomfortable . The sofa should be replaced . The kitchen ,bathrooms and dining room have been redone nicely . But the beds are uncomfortable , twin beds in both rooms terrible pillows and bedding. The washing machine was terrible . No instructions. Management has no written manual for instructions on appliance use or welcoming recommendations . Management did send out an email 6 months ago when we planned our stay . But unfortunately we did not pay attention to it. I suggested they sent it closer to when clients are planning on staying .As mentioned in another email and another review in booking. It is an extremely difficult apartment to defined. The building address in the front is 11 and impossible find to drive down and unload luggage . The back back door where luggage is unloaded does not allow cars is the number 8 , we spent one hour in the alley being told we had to move our car trying to figure out how to get into this place , once we were there the lock box didn't work . Manage Management was very receptive and it came over several times to help us out.
