I was charged more than the price I had reserved and confirmed through Agoda.
When I raised the issue with the hotel receptionist, I was told that the booking had been made through Agoda and that he did not know why I had been charged more, so there was nothing he could do.
I then contacted Agoda, only to be told that the issue was not their responsibility either.
In the end, neither the hotel nor Agoda accepted responsibility, and the customer was left to carry the cost of the discrepancy.
The hotel itself was fine, but the way this billing issue was handled was extremely disappointing. When a customer books through a platform and is charged more than the confirmed reservation price, there should be clear accountability between the hotel and the booking platform. Passing the responsibility back and forth is not acceptable.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be hesitant to book through Agoda for this property again.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and many amenities. Staff are very friendly. Good price. A slightly later checkout time would be ideal.
