Always lovely staying at Hyatt house, the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The shower wasn’t working properly on room 004.

Loved the added breakfast with good options in the hot section, however in the cold section they could add more options.
Having booked because I had no hot water at home, I was looking to have a good hot soak in the bath and shower however the hot water was very unpredictable which was a bit disappointing.

The location.
Breakfast is terrible. Staff are unfriendly.
The lady with spectacles in the breakfast area does not greet when asking for room numbers.
She does not even greet back if you greet her.
The front staff give the impression that they are doing you a favour.
The rooms are in need of maintenance.
THE SHOWER GOES COLD MID SHOWER FOR A LONG TIME.
I have stayed at this property many times over the last 4 years but I can see that it is in complete decline.
