Lovely house with plenty of room for all our party. Good showers and good facilities. It is about a mile walk to Bowness but it is very manageable.
Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and reception not very good with bedroom TV’s. We found that the electric cooker didn’t seem to heat up very well not sure if that is the pans supplied. But we only ate in 1 night.

Great location. Large and spacious house. Well equipped with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Grand house. Great parking.

Great location, big dining table, and enough seating in the lounge. Good house for a group walking base and a social evening. Crazy Decor.
9am checkout was tough on a Saturday morning with 12 people. I did ask for slightly later but was told categorically no, even though there was no one booked in after us. Beds in the doubles were a bit small for two larger adults.
