We left a key inside the apartment. Door cannot be open from the outside of the apartment without a key. I called the owner which came within an hour without any complaints and smile on his face That kind of help/service required highest note. Localization is very good and apartment is comfy. I could have some reservetion about the bed on mezzanine - steps are really steep it is actually a ladder and it was uncomfortable for my daughter.

Terzo piano senza ascensore, luce nel bagno soffusa, solo uno specchio (nel bagno), la mansarda troppo calda (abbiamo spostato il letto giù usando il divano).

The host was very responsive and very accommodating as our check-in didn't go as originally planned due to a cancelled flight. The main bedroom was comfortable.
The air conditioner didn't cool well and began dripping water on the back of the sofa and on to the floor. The bathroom could really use an update. The stairs to the loft area were very steep and difficult/dangerous for a child to navigate. The beams surrounding the loft were full of thick dust. Third floor apartment in a building with no elevator was not a problem for us, but might be for others, especially with luggage.
