The best hotel we could have chosen in Toroni 😍

Hosts were very welcoming, helping with a lot of tips to make the stay better. The stay was perfect, the room being very clean and with everything you need. Distance to the beach is short (around 10-15min, depending on the beach bar you choose).

Our stay was truly exceptional!

This is a rare occasion in which I really want to write a review, because our stay was truly exceptional! The property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Everything is so clean and well maintained, the grass is very soft and springy, there are so many trees and flowers. Every day we had our meals in the front yard because it was so beautiful. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was really cozy. The owner and the staff were so nice to us and they really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They are very pleasant, always with a warm smile. There is also a really nice BBQ area in the back. The whole property is surrounded with a fence and gate so it was safe for kids to run around their beautiful garden. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay!

The room is not worth the money paid! We had a rooftop room with a toilet seat, shower, bed and no doors in between. The room was so small that when you’re lying on the bed you can see the toilet seat next to you. The stairs to get to the room are outside, twisted, high and feel unsafe. I would not book this room for a second time.

The owner and her daughter are really-really nice; clean and cosy place with a big yard (well kept grass and parking place) and a barbecue area. Small kitchen and big fridge in the room. A few vegetables, eggs, water and soda were in the fridge upon arrival - thank you

Nothing (it is along the main road, and it is better to take the car to the beach and restaurants/supermarket - to keep in mind, but for us it was ok as we like to explore)

Superb

The villa is lovely, it's new, well furnished, well equiped and modern. There is a lovely garden and the room was facing it, so drinking your coffee in the morning with this view is a true pleasure. The bathroom was great and very clean as well, the whole room was very clean, actually. There were also fresh eggs and cucumbers as a compliment from the owners - such a nice touch! I would deffinitelly recommend this place and would also return if I ever go back to Toroni. It's a ten minute walk from the main beach and all the noisy hotels there. I would really preffer the villa's location because the main street is super busy and there are a lot of mosquitos.

The villa is near the main road so at night you can hear the passing cars which was not an issue for me and my boyfriend, but just a note on it. Also the wi fi was with poor quality from time to time. But that didn't stop us from having an extremely enjoyable time in this place.

Large room, clean, beautiful terrace / garden, well equiped kitchenette with induction. Super nice, kind and welcoming hostess. Very well connected to amazing beaches.

Fridge made on/off noise during the night and would wake me up although I can be a difficult sleeper. My partner had no issue.

Lovely place with great hosts

Overall, I'm very happy with the stay! - Nice and clean room - Closed parking so I felt the car was safe - Coffee and wine available - Very, very friendly hosts On the last point, the hosts prepared lunch for all guests which was very delicious and all guests socialized. There were many other small gestures of care and attention! I visit Greece for almost 10 years now, I'm usually very happy with the service! Still, it's the first time I really encounter extra-ordinary handling.

We got a free upgrade, instead of a studio, we had a nice and spacious apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh eggs, grapes and peppers, provided as a compliment by the hosts.

The shower cabin was perfect, very spacious with a nice shower, the only problem was that there was no hot water in the morning because they rely on solar energy only. There was no shampoo, which is not a problem if you have that in mind.

Unique pearl

I have been to many places in Greece but I rarely see such a property - where the owners put all their soul and energy into what they are doing. Everything is perfectly mantained, you have all you needed in the room, it is being cleaned every day - really exceptionally clean place, we had some complementary eggs, olive oil, fruits from the owners. I rarely return to the same place - but here the value for the money and the treatment are really on a high level, so I would be happy to come back. Thank you for the great experience!

New & Comfortable Property. Extremely hospitable owners!

New, clean and comfortable! Very nice and hospitable owners! Easy to reach, good dedicated parking with automatic gate. Perfect bathroom, nice kitchenette. Away from the noise of Toroni & Porto Koufo - quiet and perfect to rest! Few things need to be added to make it the perfect place - sunbeds on the lawn in front of the room terraces, probably sun shades (tents) to protect from the afternoon sunshine (rooms look West). There is a perfect spot in the yard for a small pool - this will complete the property :)

Located next to the road, so sometimes there is a noise from the traffic. Poor mobile coverage - most of the time you are connected to Edge (2G) no matter of the operator. Wi-Fi also needs improvement in speed.

Very beautiful place near Toroni. Spacious, well equipped apartment with beautiful balconies. Despite the fact that it's located near the main road it's very quiet. Both the apartment and the surroundings are very clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and treated us like we were part of the family. We will definitely visit again!

If I hadn't prepaid I would have left from the first day

New accommodation and furniture, fully functional and equipped kitchen.

We booked a double deluxe studio on the first floor in July 2022 for 5 nights at 90 euros per night. When we arrived at the accommodation, they informed us that they could not give us the apartment on the first floor due to the air conditioner malfunction, so they would give us one on the ground floor (which was a smaller studio with garden view, definitely not the same with the one we had already prepaid for). The apartment they gave us and the whole accommodation in general is below the level of the public road that leads to Toroni (you enter it via a downhill ramp) and to be precise it is a semi-basement accommodation. As a result of this, we had no signal on our mobiles (Vodafone and Wind) during our whole stay neither WIFI since their signal is apparently very weak. We got WIFI the night of the 4th day of our stay (which was often disconnected) after I complained several times and they brought us a signal booster in the room. On the 3rd day, in the late afternoon, we returned from the sea and found that the sheets and towels had not been changed and they were changed after I asked Ms. Miranda but even after the change they did not leave any toilet paper. On the 4th day when I went to use one of the towels that had been changed the previous day, I found that it was seriously stained (I am attaching a photo). Toilet paper was changed on the 4th day in the afternoon, until then we were with the original 2 rolls that were provided on the 1st day in the room. Mrs. Miranda was kind enough to offer us a free stay in September, but I won't risk having my vacation ruined a second time. Politeness is not enough to please the customer, there must also be quality of services.

Building is brand new, with a nice garden full of trees and flowers surrounding the rooms. The rooms are fully equipped and really clean- plus the owners are always there for you if you need something. It is situated just outside the village Toroni, which gives you extra privacy when you need it, but also its not far from all the areas of interest. I wil definitely recommend it to anyone
