Great location, plenty of room

Being able to park the car up early to go explore the city

Cleanliness mainly in the kitchen wasn’t as good as it good have been, we didn’t like buying food to put in the fridge as wasn’t completely clean and smelt strongly of continental meats

Absolutely Perfect – A True Home Away from Home!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who even helped us unpack our car. His hospitality was exceptional—he made us feel completely at home and took the time to show us how everything worked. The accommodation itself was spotless (you could literally eat off the floor!) and beautifully maintained, with plenty of rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The amenities were outstanding: lightning-fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and immaculate bathrooms. Everything was designed to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond—offering to pick up groceries, answering all our questions about local shops and attractions, and even providing extra toilet paper when we asked. His helpfulness didn’t stop there; when we accidentally left a bag behind, he immediately contacted us and shipped it back at no cost. Truly remarkable service! The location is unbeatable—just 5 minutes from the Disney gates and 10 minutes from a fantastic shopping center. It’s also incredibly easy to reach from the UK by car or train. This place is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and outdoor BBQ area. I’ve traveled extensively, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Disney Paris. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location especially if going to Disney. The housekeeper was extremely friendly. The house was nice and modern.

As we had a 2 year old with us, we had to constantly watch him near the stairs so maybe the option of stair gates.

Clean and comfortable. The use of the pool was a great addition. Situated in a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket. It’s close to the Disney parks and you can easily book Ubers to shuttle you back and forth

The villa was clean and outside are is lovely but it is definitely not ideal for a wheelchair user.

Good communication with host & housekeeper

The “accessibility” I was travelling with my 21 yr old daughter who is a full time wheelchair user and found it is only the ground floor which is accessible ( it has a small kitchen, accessible shower room and bedroom) with the main living area being on the middle floor and a further two bedrooms on the top floor.

Wow wow wow 🦋🤍

We just arrived home from Villa Magnysolar! WOW, the most beautiful 3 story villa, I genuinely could not believe how lucky we were to stay here! The house had absolutely everything you could need/ want. Dryer/ washer/ microwave/ fridge. 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms all finished to a very high standard. The landlord himself checked in on us around the pool, whilst he was maintaining the garden, even went as far to offer us wine/ beer. A lovely, kind soul. Literally 6 minutes away from Disneyland Paris in a car, 2 minutes away from a supermarket/pharmacy.. we most definitely will be returning. 5********

Wonderful Stay at Villa Magnysolar

We had a great stay at Villa Magnysolar. The facilities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, living nearby which made it very easy to get assistance whenever needed. The location was also ideal. Disneyland was just a 10-minute drive away, and about 25 minutes by public transport. The bus stop was only a 5-minute walk from the villa, which made getting around really convenient. There were supermarkets and a few nice restaurants close by as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting the area!

Property is positioned in a great location - supermarket less than 5mins walk away, restaurants and bars also all within 10mins. It takes 10mins by bus or taxi to the Disneyland resort. Property was spotlessly clean and David / Leyla are very helpful and super responsive.

Great location and accommodation for DisneyLand visitors

Very spacious and great for our family of 6. Perfect location for visiting Disney, just 10 minutes away by car. Very easy to get a taxi or Uber. The villa had everything we needed, and we loved that we could wash clothes everyday and the children could have a bath. The property owners were responsive and helpful with checkin. There was a market nearby as well as several restaurants for dining in or for takeout. We would love to stay again!

Great stay

Everything was great. The villas are super equipped. Super clean the localisation is great. On a small town with beautiful houses and parques. The staff are great and very kind. Always helpful. David, the owner, was super kind with us and gave us a lot of information. From taxi, restaurants in Paris, etc. The Villas has a beautiful space with a pool ( we didn't use it because it was still cold). Disneyland is less than 10mn from the Villas.

Perfect thank you!

Beautiful property in an equally beautiful location. Very close walk to some lovely restaurants and a small super market. Only a couple of miles from Disney, 40 minute walk or less than €20 in an Uber. Short train ride to Paris costing about €3 per person each way. Property was very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts, super looking swimming pool (although we didn’t get a chance to use it as we were too busy!) two bathrooms and second kitchen area made the property very flexible with the added benefit of a large bedroom with television, bathroom and small kitchen on ground floor for less able guests. Highly recommended.

Exceptional property as a base for Disney and central Paris

Villa Magnysolar is exceptional. It is very big, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location is perfect as many other reviews have said, less than 10 minutes from Disney and easy to get to central Paris via short train journey, ideally suited for families. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and safe but also has bars/restaurants in walking distance. Special mention to Layla who was onsite for anything we needed and our excellent host David. Thoroughly recommend this property!

Amazing, stay

Amazing location and the staff was very good. They were helpful and almost everything. Was there for us like dishwasher, detergent, washing machine. Detergent rooms are very clean. Washrooms are very clean. They had all the kitchen wear.

Property mentioned in the description that there were four toilets and one washroom, but it turned out that there were there was one washroom and only two toilets, so I don’t know why they mentioned it in the description that there were four toilets

Perfect stay a throws distance from Disneyland

Lovely house spread over three floors. The pool area was specular and the kids loved being able to run around the back garden which is huge. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. A massive plus was electronic the roller shutters which kept the bedrooms dark. It didn't go dark until around 1030pm and was light around 4am so this was a really great feature. A reasonably equipped kitchen so you are able to prepare meals. There was a working oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. In fact there was two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The house has internal air conditioning and it works by itself. There is no adjustment. Only one of the upstairs bedrooms was a little warm in the morning as it was in direct sunlight. But nothing that was too much to handle and the weather got up to 32 degrees when we were there. It was a very quiet area and it was so nice to hear the church bells in the distance. The little village is lovely and there is a minimart a 2 min walk away and a huge supermarket (Casino) just 8 min walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, bakery, and a bar within 2-5 min walking distance. The pool area is just amazing. Lots of seating and sunbeds. We spent We used Uber to get around and never had an issue. We also used Uber to deliver groceries and takeout, again no issues. Disneyland was about a 10min car ride away. If you want to bring your car there is parking for i think 4-5 vehicles - i would recommend reversing in. We managed to meet the owners of the property as they were down from Paris for the weekend. They were lovely and we managed to braai on the second night after they had finished with the BBQ themselves. Also the care takers of the property live on site and are available if you need anything. Highly recommend for a family or big group and i would stay again.

Just a couple more amenities would have made the stay easier (especially if only staying 1-2 nights). We stayed for a week so buying these items wasn't an issue. Sponge for the sink, more hand soap and toilet paper, garbage bags, spray for insects. Also more pool towels would have been fabulous (we had actually brought some with us) and perhaps some items for kids such as pool floaties, games, plastic plates/cups etc. More pegs needed for the clothing line out the back. But having said all of this the stay was wonderful and these items would just have added to our already fantastic stay.
