Assez bien placé par rapport au centre-ville et au telepherique. Environnement calme. Appartement bien équipé. Parking gratuit dans la résidence.
Il manque un rideau dans le salon ce qui est gênant si quelqu un dort dans le canapé-lit du salon.

1. لطافة المضيف ومرونته.
2. وجود اصنصير بالرغم صغر حجمه.
3. وجود مواقف كثيرة اسفل البناية.
4. سوبرماركت قريب وبعض المطاعم بيتزاء وغيرها.
5. لا أنسى الأجواء كانت رائعة جداً بغض النظر عن السكن، باردة وامطار وقد تكون برودة القرية بسبب جبال الثلج القريبة منها.
1. روائح كريهه بمدخل البناية وايضاً الدرج والاصنصير واقرب ما تكون رائحة بول أكرمكم الله.
2. الاثاث قديم جداً.
3. السرر غير مريحة.
4. المطبخ صغير جداً.
