Very nice and spacious property with all the amenities you need plus a very good view above the city from the roof top! Our room was clean and the AC worked fine which is very essential during the summer period, there is also a common area and a kitchen which we very much enjoyed as it felt like a home! Very friendly owner who gave us peaches and was helpful whenever we needed him overall a great experience in Swat :-)

We had a very pleasant stay at SWAT HILL VIEW RESORT. The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for families. The rooms were comfortable and the overall environment was relaxing with beautiful views around. The staff and management were very hospitable, respectful, and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we enjoyed our time here
The only thing we found a bit difficult was the location/access road, as it was not very easy to reach, especially for first-time visitors. Better directions or improved access would make the experience even better. Apart from that, everything was great.

Location is Perfect. Price is affordable. AC room, free parking and free wifi. Staff were respectful.

Words cannot explain the level of hospitality & warmth we felt during our 2 day stay in this property. Mr Abrar (owner) is a true definition of an exceptional host. My family felt safe, like home - loved it. Will surely come back. In love with Swat due to this experience. The chef, Nawab is an outstanding individual as well.
