Loved the proximity to Cardiff Bay. Nice house but looked bigger in the pictures though! Staff were very kind, wonderful and prompt with a few issues but were rectified asap. However, very clean and an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again for the customer service and cleanliness. Very reasonable price and well worth it. 🙂
Shower was very hot indeed and no way of cooling it down so had to run a cold bath instead. Minor visual improvements could be made in bathroom but very clean again. Double bed was very rickety and unstable but clean nonetheless. Garden could do with a trim and directions to property could be simplified a little more as both parties found it hard to get to, including local taxis!

I loved the apartment and it had a parking space for the apartment, which is hard to find in Cardiff. The kitchen had all the home comforts.
When we cooked bacon the smoke alarm was too loud a piercing screech. So we didn’t cook afraid that the smoke alarm would be set off.

Location was great for what we needed. It was quiet. It was clean.
It felt a bit sterile/functional. Nowhere to store clothes other than those you could hang in a wardrobe. Nowhere to hang coats or jackets. Seating in/at the dining table was uncomfortable and felt more like garden furniture.
