Great location, loved the washer and dishwasher was a life saver with the grandkids .Dean was very attentive with the shower and bath problems we came across. Thankyou.

Overall the house is a good size just really needs a deep clean. The blinds in both bathrooms need replacing. The frying pans and pizza tray were disgusting. Some of the pans had food still on them from previous people. The yellow chair was pretty mucky and sofas need a clean. Was pretty grubby in places. The house justt needs a bit of TLC. We had a great time tho. Not sure id book here again tho. Clothes airer only has 3 legs too.

The property is in a great location for parking up and using public transport...train station 3mins walk buses passing all the time 10min max to town and beach ...property is very spacious and very clean ..the putting of tea coffee sugar and milk in property is very good gesture of host and very much appreciated...you have a tesco a lidl and a b&m just across the road aswell ..had a great stay highly recommended

Just the parking behind the house is very narrow and with a big car could be difficult

I have book this property many times over the yeards and it never disappoints. Location is ideal and the house itself is very clean, secure and has plenty of rooms.

Near town centre, open plan down stairs, well equipped kitchen. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms.

No toilet on top floor, twin bedroom door not got anything working on door to keep it closed, smell off damp on entrance through back door. Some off the beds not comfy.

Comfy beds, everything you needed was thought about and provided for. Walking distance from everywhere

Really good location, very convenient for supermarkets and shops and cafes as well as a short 10 min walk to the beach and all the amusements etc. The kitchen was very well well equipped too with everything you need from big fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven to cutlery, glasses etc Good internet with wi-fi connectivity so the kids hid in their rooms and left us grownups alone in the evening to enjoy a bit of peace! :)

A few things but personal stuff really which I'm mentioning as they might benefit others... My partner, one of her girls and I have bad backs, the beds were a bit too soft for us personally, the others slept well however so it's a personal thing. The master bedroom with en-suite has a bath with rinse/shower head attachment but for convenience we'd have preferred a regular shower tbh (tho one of the kids loved being able to take a bath while we were there. Either some sort of drying facility or extra towels would have been useful because we're at the beach and when we came back from braving the sea we all showered again and the house only offered one medium towel each (there were 5 of us) so while it was manageable, a couple per person or a dryer would have been good... Finally, and this was a mistake on my part - I thought there was a garden as I told the girls we could have a kick about but there was only the front yard and a small area at the back for the bins but not a huge deal as we just went to the beach instead.

Modern furniture & well equipped house. Clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for a larger group (4 bedrooms 1 ensuite) & in a very good location for the train station, shops, seafront etc Good communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't a hairdryer so had to go & buy one. The parking space was a little bit tight.
