Every thing is so perfect. The water pressure was on point, the location is amazing, the staff are absolutely supportive and all the room are so comfortable.
Just a little hot during summer, suggesting that should upgrade air conditioning systems, rather than that perfect.

Location lovely and central. Great living area with huge windows.
One of the beds is broken - the mattress sinks down to either side.
Bathroom sink is clogged and drains very slowly.
No blinds on the huge windows, letting in all the sun all day and it is roasting in summer.
Skirting board under the kitchen cabinets keeps falling off and crushing our feet.

Location was good, and it was nice to have a view.
Furniture was past its best /tired- wardrobe drawers too fragile to use; double sofa seat sunken; wasn’t the cleanest - we had been asked not to wear outdoor shoes in apartment and our socks and feet were black. Not all amenities provided but only made aware at point of arrival.
Arrival information very poor - chased up several times and only provided very late on day of arrival.
