Localização é ótima, bem próximo da praia. A piscina limpa, grande, porém muito gelada, valeria pensar em algum esquema de aquecimento. A casa é grande, muitas mesas e cadeira, sala de bom tamanho, televisão na sala com bom funcionamento. As camas estão em bom estado de conservação. Churrasqueira boa, atende a demanda.
A falta de ar condicionado, principalmente no quartos. O cheiro de esgoto que tem na casa, principalmente nos banheiros, é um incomodo grande. A falta de algum aquecimento para a piscina, pelo fato de ser bom tamanho mas com a falta do sol bater nela em grandes períodos do dia.
