Disgustingly dirty, unsafe and a fire hazard
Nothing, we felt we were completely mis sold.
The property is dirty and dilapidated and in no way deserves the description of “luxurious” or “Magnificent”. We had a litany of complaints which we sent onto the managing agent and the chalet owner. There was a disgusting sewage smell which made most of the chalet unusable (especially as it was very close to the dining area).. the lighting was appalling and you could barely see anything once you’re inside the chalet. Lamps that were scattered around for use were dirty and more alarmingly had frayed wires coming out out of them making them a huge fire hazard. We have numerous photos and videos of the disgusting state of this chalet. In our opinion it needs to be listed. Not only is it dirty but it is enormously unsafe. I can send evidence of frayed carpets which are trip hazard, wires crossing stairs, differences in between surfaces from hard to soft but covered by a carpet. The list is endless. How do we make a formal complaint?
