    I had a great time at tawan resort. The views were extremely beautiful and lovely elephants you can see from the windows. But a few things were missing which needs to be pointed out. As a vegetarian who cant eat fish or any oils made out of meat it was challenging for me. I was recovering from a fever and had only one day at the resort so it was a bit rushed for me. I couldn't eat my meals properly as the menu had mostly meat, pork and very less dishes for tofu. Other than desserts practically nothing. I needed to eat properly as I was taking medicines. The other day during the breakfast the lady at the cafe was super rude to me. I just wanted to ask regarding some dishes and how to operate the coffee machine but she was reacting badly as if I asked for some favor. I was really disappointed. There were very less healthy options. No brown bread. If you are a strict vegetarian or a vegan you will literally starve if you stay longer. If you are into fitness still would be challenging as a vegetarian. I had a great time feeding the elephants. The rooms were beautiful and spacious too. I enjoyed the views but they should keep more options for vegetarians or vegans. Not everyone can eat whatever they serve in their restaurants. Also while checking out I had to cross the bridge alone which was honestly scary as I was feeling extremely weak. If you fall down it will be the end of the world. I hope they keep a staff for helping customers who can't cross the bridge or who have heart issues. I tried to communicate with them but there was no response. I really hope they keep more variety in vegetarian dishes and train their restaurant staff how to be professional to the international guests. Rest everything was good. I will return only if I can eat well next time. Because there is nothing around where you can walk or order from grab. We are practically in a forest. You only rely on their restaurant.

    A Truly Magical Escape! This was such a wonderful place to slow down and relax. Spending time getting up close with the elephants and observing how they live was an unforgettable experience. On top of that, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the natural surroundings are stunning—especially watching all the colorful tourist rafts floating down the lively river. Highly recommended!

    I like the place as an experience to live with the elephants in the forest. The place specifically the rooms needs some maintenance The service was good every day are cleaning the rooms with new towels You have to know you are living in a forest there’s not restaurants or shops, nothing is around you make your taxi booking in advance
