Destacan la ubicación y la comodidad del departamento (es un poco más grande de lo que parece) Nos tocaron días feos pero tiene un balconcito muy lindo para disfrutar si el clima acompaña. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión! El lugar lo recibimos muy limpio y ordenado. La red wifi funciona perfecta. La presión del agua en la ducha es excelente.
Al tratarse de Palermo puede ser difícil el tema de estacionar; nosotros tuvimos bastante suerte para encontrar lugar abajo del edificio durante la estadía. Caso contrario, hay demasiadas cocheras de pago por la zona ( en la misma cuadra del alojamiento hay una)

La ubicación bien. Cama cómoda. Buena comunicación con el propietario y rápida.
Poco o nada de mantenimiento del dpto y mala limpieza. No hay relación calidad/precio. Quizás te cobran solo por la ubicación. El dpto es amplio y cómodo pero sin mantenimiento, muy descuidado.
