La situation de la maison, les pieds dans l'eau. La proximité immédiate du restaurant sur la plage. Le calme, le peu de monde. La décoration de la maison.
Equipement de la cuisine : La plaque de cuisson est vraiment petite. Il manque un vrai grille-pain. Celui qui est à disposition est un modèle très ancien et très peu pratique. Il faudrait aussi des poêles en bon état car celles que l'on avait étaient très abimées et dangereuses à cause du métal que l'on ingère en cuisinant dedans.
