Die zentrale Lage zum Parkfest Hainichen ist super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Es gibt keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit bzw. Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern, im Sommer ist es unbedingt nötig.

Die außergewöhnliche gute Qualität und sehr gute Härte der Matratzen und die Betthöhe gleicht fast einem Boxspringbett. WC ist getrennt von Bad.
Die Duschhalterung sollte man dringend mal erneuern. Immer die Brause nur mit der Hand zu halten macht keinenSinn. .Leider gibt es in der Wohnung kein WLAN. Sehr schade das es im Hinterhof keine gemütliche Terrasse gibt und die Mülleimer Beutel nur neben die Tonne gestellt werden. Ein Kleiderschrank bzw. Kleiderstange in einem der Zimmer würde Sinn machen.
