المكان هاديء وجميل ورائع في قلب الطبيعة، الكوخ ممتاز للسكن العائلي، نظيف ومتوفر فيه كل احتياجات السكن من فرش وبطانيات وعزبه في مخزن المطبخ وأيضا عدة مطبخ متكامله (مستعملة لكن نظيفة)، صاحب الكوخ ودود وطيب و مرح جدا، توجد غسالة ملابس وكواية ومكنسة كهربائية. مكيف سبليت موجود في الدور الأرضي فقط. الغرف نظيفة والأسرة نظيفة، دورات المياة مجهزة بكل الاحتياجات، فوط وصابون وشامبو (مستعمله وبحالة جيدة). لكن الشطاف فقط في حمام الدور الأرضي. فيها تلفزيون قنوات أرضية بوسنية متعددة، والنت سريع جداً.
طريق الوصول للكوخ لأول مرة يحتاج دليل. انصح بالتواصل مع صاحب الكوخ قبل الوصول. النهار حار في شهر أغسطس (من 11 الى 3 العصر فقط) مما يحتاج إلى مكيف في الغرف، النوافذ تحتاج الى شبك مانع للحشرات. (فقط في اغسطس).
