We visited Roy’s Nature Nest near Malshej Ghat on 29th August 2026 for a one-night stay, and honestly, it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience.
The resort is owned and personally managed by Mr. & Mrs. Debashish and Alka Roy, who are not just owners but wonderful hosts. What makes the place special is their personal involvement in taking care of every guest. You genuinely feel welcomed and looked after, rather than just being another guest at a resort.
A special mention for Alka, who personally prepares the food for the guests. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, homely and full of flavour. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
The location is perfect if you are looking to disconnect from city life, hectic schedules, traffic, noise and the daily routine. Surrounded by greenery and nature, the place becomes even more beautiful during the Monsoon season. The peaceful surroundings, fresh air and greenery everywhere make it an ideal place to simply relax, slow down and enjoy the moment.
One thing we realised during our stay is that you really don't need a 4 or 5-star resort to have a wonderful time. Sometimes, a beautiful natural setting, good food, warm hospitality and the right people are all you need for a memorable getaway.
A big thank you to Debashish and Alka Roy for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Your warmth and personal touch truly make Roy’s Nature Nest special.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled and homely getaway near Malshej Ghat. ❤️

The property is quite large. The cottages are cosy and comfortable, with all basic facilities available. The greenery all around is refreshing and soothing to the eyes. The owners were extremely welcoming and hospitable. We loved interacting with Flash, the most important member of the owners’ family. He is an extremely adorable and fun-loving Beagle! We love him!
