The cabin was beautiful, clean, and everything it described
The driveway would not accommodate a sedan easily, but the description does mention needing 4wd or awd in winter months

The location. The cabin was clean and spacious. It was approximately 4 miles from Gatlinburg and approximately 10 mins from all of the entertainment and restaurants.
The gas fireplace didn’t work. After reaching out to our contact person, was informed someone would be out to check the tank on Thursday, however, no one showed up.
The driveway was very steep, possibly need of a barrier wall or something.
The washer machine quit working during mid wash, leaving our clothes submerged in water.
