La amabilidad de los dueños y de los empleados. Me sentí como en casa, un lugar familiar. Tiene un mirador al Chicamocha majestuoso.
Todo me encantó y volvería. El frío es típico de la Mesa de los Santos, pero el hotel tiene unas excelentes cobijas térmicas.
