Pretty Beachfront Penthouse in Mellieha

The apartment is huge, and the furnishings are new and clean. The biggest advantage is the large terrace with a stunning view of the sea.

Our main complaint was the cockroaches. Every night, they came out from behind the kitchen cabinets. Fortunately, they were only present in the kitchen area and did not appear in the other rooms. We reported the issue to the contact center, and although someone came to clean the cabinets and spray them, the treatment was ineffective and the problem continued throughout our stay. Another major complaint was the air conditioning. There were air conditioning units in every room, but none of them were able to cool the rooms properly. We informed the contact center, and a technician came to inspect the system the following day. Unfortunately, we did not notice any improvement afterward. The final issue was the sun umbrella on the terrace, which was not functional. It is disappointing to see that these same complaints have been mentioned in previous reviews, yet they still have not been properly addressed. The apartment has great potential thanks to its size, cleanliness, and stunning view, but these issues significantly affected our overall experience.

Die Lage war sehr gut, auch die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hell. Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist grossartig. Möglichkeiten zum essen gehen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Die Spülmaschine war nicht verfügbar, da defekt (nicht gut, da wir im Urlaub eigentlich nicht von Hand abwaschen wollen). Die Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser) ist überholungsbedürftig.

Dishwasher didn't work from first day to last day of one week stay ,missing kitchen utensils(tee spoons,wooden spatulas,...)

Die Wohnung war hell und groß. Die Verkehrsanbindung war super. Viele Buslinien.

Ein Schwarm Kakerlaken unter der Küchenspüle. Eine absolute Katastrophe. Wohnungswechsel war leider nicht möglich. Der Vermieter konnte uns auch nicht sofort helfen, am nächsten Tag, als wir wieder! geschrieben haben... haben uns "nur" Spray gegen insekten geliefert. Katastrophe. Nach dem Urlaub schon zu Hause haben wir festgestellt, dass wir etwas vergessen haben. Kontakt per WhatsApp war ok, aber ohne Erfolg. Es sollte jemand das prüfen und uns per email informieren, was nie passierte.
