Great location & good value

The location was great, just minutes walking distance from the centre. The space itself was a cool layout and spacious for our family of 5.

In person the place was more tired looking than in the photos. The sheets & towels could be replaced and the place could use some more attention to cleaning, particularly the floors & the bathroom Also the bathtub, which is a beautiful feature, did not have a stopper so we couldn't enjoy it. Overall it was good value compared to other properties in the area.

Once but never again

Large apartment and a good location.

WARNING the text of the house is a scam/Misleading!! There was no Internet and no HOTTUB!! Its was a very unhygienic apartment, fingerprints, greasy spots everywhere, old leftover food, caked soap and lime in tha bathroom and what else. Garbage of last people in drawers and hairs in the bed. Building was old and badly maintained same as the appartment itself *mainly the windows* There is also a lot of noise from outside because of that.! Shower has a broken head, bathtube cheap plastics looks sketchy avoided it because of that. hair and musty smelling old bed and linnings, bed with sagging (pits in it) mattress (maybe just slept 1 hour all night) that was enough for massive backpain. AND THE CONFETTI BANGER THE toilet had a turd stuck in it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Complete waste of money, acctually feel scammed / misleaded.

Bath tub penthouse without working bath tub!

Walking distance to city centre, easy to find.

The bath is broken! He responded immediately and promised that he would come by to fix it during our stay, but has not been heard from again. Now we read that he also promised this to other guests in January so his story that the last guests broke it is questionable to say the least! We have a very disappointed daughter who was looking forward to the bath. The kitchen is missing a lot of things. It is noisy from the street traffic, windows have not yet been repaired.

Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, dishwasher, large tv, plenty of light and also curtains blocking light in at night. Great situation at walking distance from centre.

Shower without shower plate means that the water went all over the bathroom when showering. Small and steep stairs. One tv cobtrol was missing batteries.

Wonderful stay - clean, comfortable and spacious

We had a wonderful stay here. It was easy to get to in a good location (just don't do what we did - you need to look up for door numbers), the host was kind enough to help us - nice and friendly. The property had almost everything we needed such as cooking equipment (even ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil etc) and comfortable beds that we did not want to get out of. The property was clean and spacious, we were so impressed!

The bathroom is a wet room so sometimes it could get too wet/stay a little wet which was a little slippery and cold. When you enter the apartment building it was dark. Neither bothered us much and had ways around it.

Nicht Buchen- richtig enttäuschend.

Die Lage ist central.

Die Unterkunft sieht nicht mehr aus wie auf den Fotos, alle wertigen Möbel und Lampen wurden entfernt. Einige Fenster schliessen gar nicht und sind marode, andere lassen sich gar nicht öffenen. Eine nachträgliche Wand wurde eingezogen, die Baumaßnahmen nicht ganz beendet. Wir haben uns beschwert und eine andere Wohnung angeboten bekommen. Diese war in einem besseren Zustand- diese war allerdings auch in einem verwahrlosten Haus und war dreckig. Der Ansprechpartner war freundlich und bemüht, aber nicht professionel und organisiert wie man es von einem gewerblichen Anbieter erwarten würde. Auch die zweite Wohnung haben wir vorzeitig verlassen, da die Küche zu dreckig war, die Bettwäsche sehr unangenehm roch und alles so abgwohnt war, das an wohlfühlen und Urlaub nicht zu denken war. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung für uns!

Det meste,utrolig skittent,vi brukte 2 timer på å gjøre rent før vi tok inn våres egne ting.Matfett over alt,skitne stekeplater, urent bestikk og gryter, vi kjøpte alt nytt selv.

Leider enttäuschend – entspricht nicht den Bildern

Die Unterkunft hat mit den Fotos in der Anzeige leider nur noch wenig gemeinsam. Bereits beim Betreten merkt man, dass hier einiges verändert wurde – im Eingangsbereich wurde eine Mauer eingezogen, um einen zweiten Schlafbereich zu schaffen, was den Raum sehr beengt wirken lässt. Die Einrichtung entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern: Einige Möbel fehlen komplett oder sind deutlich abgewohnt. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung abgegriffen, der Boden war bei Ankunft schmutzig, und auf dem Fernseher lag eine sichtbare Staubschicht. Besonders unangenehm: Das Bett roch stark muffig, ebenso die bereitgestellten Handtücher. Statt das Problem zu beheben, wurde offenbar versucht, es mit einem Raumspray zu überdecken – das stand gut sichtbar im Zimmer, was fast schon ironisch wirkte. Auch der Straßenlärm war deutlich hörbar, insbesondere nachts, was das Schlafen zusätzlich erschwert hat. Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung – hier besteht dringender Reinigungsbedarf.

Der var mangle mangler, manglende dørtrin, meget beskidt, meget støv og helt rodet rundt i skabe. Brugte et par timer på at gøre rent. Kun adgang til 2 håndklæder til en hel weekend, og de lugtede af mug/møl.

Obiekt był wyziębiony. Jedna sypialnia nie nadawała się do użytkowanie, niesprawne okno przez które wywiewało ciepło. Piekarnik ze zwęglonymi resztkami jedzenia, aneks kuchenny brudny, z resztkami tłuszczu, tylko powierzchownie posprzątany. Ręczniki śmierdzące, tylko 3 dla 3 osoby, brak małych ręczników, ręcznika do stóp. Pościel wymiętą o specyficznym zapachu. Koce śmierdzące. Brudna deska toalety z pozostałościami odchodów poprzedników. Niewykończone podłogi. Brudne okna. Głośno od ulicy. Dodatkowo z sąsiadującej budowy warczące pompy przez całą dobę. Gospodarz obiektu lekceważy klientów. Zaznaczałem przy rezerwacji, że chcę fakturę za zrealizowaną usługę. Host mnie ignoruje, nie odpowiada ma moje prośby. Nie przesłał mi jakiegokolwiek dokumentu fiskalnego. Ignoruje nawet interwencje składane przez bloking. Czuję się oszukany.
