Location, view, elevation, privacy, snacks, drinks.
TV set up looks like an afterthought with cables dangling and no instructions on how to engage the surround sound system. No tissues or personal vanity supplies which you would expect at this price point. Stairway in is an accident waiting to happen especially when carrying in luggage or groceries. Would be a long fall to the bottom. May not really be suitable for old people.

Apartment was very light and looked out onto the river with plenty of birdlife to watch from inside or the balcony.
The SuperKing bed was fantastic.
It's a little tight manouvering your car(s) in and out of the garage
