Las almohadas son de la peor calidad y 0 cómodas y que tuve que reclamar las llaves para entrar en la piscina.

Que estaba cerca de lo que queríamos más importante.

El apartamento estaba bastante sucio. Tuvimos problemas con la llave de la piscina y no la pudimos conseguir hasta el día antes de irnos.

Good location, nice apartment.

It started badly because we were about 1 hour later than our estimated arrival time (due to delays at airport and being slow to travel with a baby) and they weren't very understanding of our situation. Despite us apologising, they were quite angry because someone had been waiting for us (even though they didn't tell us this in advance, so we didn't realise someone was waiting for us) and then this person left before we arrived, so we couldn't get into the apartment. They were very rude on the phone and told us it was our fault, and that we would need to walk 40 minutes to get the keys (with our bags and with a baby!). Eventually they agreed to send someone but couldn't tell us what time they would be here, so we just waited in the hope they would turn up. Eventually someone turned up, this person was nice but they forgot to tell us how to switch the electricity on in the apartment so then we had to call the main number about this. Again they were very rude on the phone and treated it as though it was our fault. The other disappointment was that it was advertised as having a pool, but it didn't make it clear it was seasonal (like other places do) so it wasn't open. I understand this is common for pools to close out of season but I think they should make this clearer when booking
