Water supply not sufficient and need time to refill the water tank

I booked Neblina House which has 5 rooms on 10-12 October, at first we were a bit worried about the negative comments from families who had stayed at this house, but it turned out to be different. An amazing experience, the hosts Mr. Fadil and Mrs. Maria were very friendly, ready to serve any of our requests, the house was clean and comfortable, all the air conditioners worked well, me and my family, my parents and in-laws were excited to stay there, we promised to come back again in the future.......

- pool for kids! Big enough for 5 kids to play around. But still not safe enough. Some of the tiles fell off, luckily there is nothing bad happen such as cuts at foot. - owner came the next morning to provide breakfast (roti canai)

- kawasan belakang rumah tamu, tak dibersihkan, kerusi berhabuk. Mcm not well prepared for the next guest. - Kita dtg nak spend time bonding dgn family but distrupted dgn org luar dtg tgk kawsan rumah lah, dtg tgk pool lah, so takde istilah privacy dengan my family. (I mean kalau dah ad guest occupied, owner can appoint other day kan untuk org lain dtg view rumah?) plus dia tak say sorry pon, continue je explain pasal rumah dan bilik2 kt situ .. - Only upon arrival happen to know owner is staying at same house! But tingkat atas, 🙃 - Then next morning, org dtg mesin rumput pulak, selamba je lalu lalang in front entire family yg tengah nak msak2 for breakfast. (Again, privacy please.. 😓) - water distruption, sbb bila other toilet in use, other toilet cant use the water. - Lepas tu ad cctv, rasa sentiasa diperhatikan dan tak selamat especially girls.
