I thought that the location and views were stunning, however I didn't find the staff at all friendly, it felt like they were making you a favor for staying there, rather than making you feel like a guest. I was shocked how I was spoken to by the receptionist, and also by the waiters in the restaurant, we had dinner twice there, and were always made to feel that we were to eat quickly and leave despite it being 10pm. I was also shocked how we were treated when we paid our bill, I was overcharged for the restaurant, and had to pay for the spa despite not using it.
I didn't like how the staff spoke to you and treated you, extremely rude. I also think that as a hotel guest one should not have to pay for sauna and jacuzzi, it should be part of the hotel experience especially as it is called a Balenario. I was also disappointed that we could not drink the special mineral spring water that they speak so much about.
