This Apt. was PERFECT in every way: everything you could wish for was provided - also enough towels, plenty toilet-paper, kitchenpaper...
The best was the beautiful view from the balcony and through the large windows! - Except if you wish to feel the sun, you need to use the window facing the other side, i.e. in the living room...

The apartment is very spacious and we really liked the style. The main living room and the balcony have an amazing view out north to the sea (looking over the tiny parking lot of the apartment complex). The sun is on the balcony (only) in the mornings until maybe 10.30am, perfect for breakfast outside.
It was absolutely tranquile around the building even in late July, but it is only a 10min walk to restaurants, some shops (incl. a small supermarket and a couple bakeries) and an amazing Thursday morning market in Carantec. Even shorter (<5min) is the walk down to a really nice and clean beach (Plage Greve Blanche). Other beaches (with infrastructure i.e. restaurants) are also in walking distance.
The balcony is broad but narrow and it is difficult to sit around a table with more than 2 people.
The requested cash deposit was a bit hidden in the fine print and we missed it initially, being surprised by it. No problem though to clarify with Christophe and do it the next day.
