Nice place, not too fancy, host is amazing, price was too high.

Very generous and nice host, catered to our every need. The breakfast was really good too. We celebrated a happy occasion and she provided with extra stuff like champagne and homemade sweets, which were amazing. She also provided with great recommendations on the surroundings and things to do.

We added two more guests to an existing 5 person appartement booking (same room and bed capacity) and were charged a rediculous amount for that, ending up paying more than double the original price, making the whole rental extremely expensive. Not the host fault (she was guided by booking.com), but we think it was an unfair price.

Great stop over on our way from Switzerland to Venice

Location very close to train station, places to eat, local township, on Sat morning a market was set up right around corner which was fresh food and clothing and other items it was beautiful. Local food was delicious and the facilities were great, we had had the whole apartment, great kitchen facilities wish we could have stayed longer. Used the washing machine which was perfect as we were travelling for 2 weeks before we arrived. WIFI available, everything was great and ELizabetta was very helpful and friendly just perfect stay!

Wish we stayed an extra night. :-)

Lovely caretaker, Sondrio not for me.

The caretaker was lovely, highly accommodating and despite there being no parking, afforded a parking space. The caretaker even messaged through whatsapp some localities to visit. The beds were comfortable and dwelling well presented.

It is very difficult to find with Google mapping. The hustle and bustle of Sondrio made it difficult to find the hotel. Parking is non-existent. I would contact beforehand, the caretaker, and do some research. The shower does not have a door, which makes showering difficult. When it says breakfast included, it is an Italian style breakfast and not one I would usually classify as meeting criteria for "breakfast included." Sadly, I did not like the location on Sondrio and it truly let's down the apartment. I recommend bypassing and going to Como.

Bellissimo soggiorno.

Appartamento molto grande, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Luminoso e super pulito, vicino a tutti I generi di negozi e ristoranti. Pizzeria sotto casa, c'è anche la possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio prima dell'arrivo, privato interno chiuso.

Ci è piaciuto molto sia l'appartamento che la zona attorno.

Bagno e cucina nuovi. Posizione e disponibilità della sig.ra Elisabetta.

Infissi e tapparelle vecchi e difficili da aprire e chiudere, compreso il portone di accesso al palazzo e la porta. Materasso del letto a castello sformato. Livello di pulizia approssimativo. D’estate molto caldo anche con le finestre aperte e la strada è rumorosa di notte.

Grosses Appartement mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Gute Betten. Zentral gelegen. Die Fahrräder durften in eine Garage gestellt werden. Nette Schlüsselübergabe, Danke Elisabetta.
