Very nice indeed. Comfortable and a good size for 3 of us.
The house was clean and comfortable. Very toasty warm arriving on an icy frosty evening. Had everything we needed for our stay. Bed in big bedroom is too low for us. Single beds very soft. But all in all we were comfortable and had a lovely stay.
Parking was difficult. So many other apartments had cars Did get bit lost but found it in the end.

A good, well furnished, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment with outside seating and a private parking space. Communication with the host was very good.
The pillows are far too bulky. Could do with a manual to explain how everything in the property works, including the burglar alarm and the shower.

It had everything we needed and was within easy driving distance of the wedding venue.

Ideal location and excellent host
The location and dedicated parking space was ideal. The host's communication was excellent. It was perfect as a base.
Comfort of seating inside and out weren't ideal but we recognise this is a personal choice. It wouldn't stop us revisiting it though.

Nice, family flat located in between Devon beaches and Dartmouth National Park
Charming flat in a small newly developed residential area. Equipped with everything you need to stay independently!
Only small negative point is pillows and duvet probably need washing or dry cleaning. The covers were clean but a slight smell coming from the pillow when you sleep. To be fair I didn’t contact the owner and I am sure she would have replaced them if I did as she seems to be a lovely person.
