Chalet Loch Leven Lodge 12 by Interhome

Our stay at Loch Leven Lodge was truly unforgettable. Exterior: The lodge has a wonderfully spacious terrace, accessible both from the staircase leading to the main entrance and from the living room’s French door. The terrace is beautiful, with stunning views directly over the lake, and the property even provides binoculars for guests to enjoy some birdwatching. Just outside, close to the entrance of the lodge, there are two very convenient parking spaces for guests. The natural surroundings are very peaceful, with just a small road running behind the lodges — but it is not busy and does not disturb the tranquillity. At the entrance to the property, there is a cosy little shop where you can buy coffee, drinks, and even enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast. Around the building, you’ll also find clearly marked bins for waste separation and recycling. Interior: The lodge features three bedrooms — one with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom, and two rooms each with two single beds. All the beds were extremely comfortable. There is also a second bathroom, simple but perfect, with a spacious shower. The open-plan kitchen and living area is large, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully furnished in every detail. The property provides everything needed for cooking, including plates, glasses, cutlery, a toaster, and a kettle. Mrs. B., who provided information and assistance over the phone, was exceptionally kind and helpful — my warmest thanks to her again. Thanks for everything — we would be happy to return!

Location was awesome.

No recycling for rubbish

Location, space in chalet, balcony, facilities were all perfect. The Loch Leven Lodges' proximity to the M90 motorway was very useful. Though the wetaher wasn't good we enjoyed swimming.

Only one tiny improvement warranted: a washing-up brush!

Air fresheners in toilets were overpowering and smelt awful. Cutlery & crockery wasn’t all properly cleaned
